Meeting Recording & AI Notes. Your advisor may record and/or use an AI note-taking assistant to transcribe and summarize your meetings — in person, by phone, or by video — to keep accurate records of the advice and services provided to you. These notes are kept confidential and secure and are retained as part of the firm's books and records. This consent applies on an ongoing basis; you may withdraw it at any time in writing, after which recording and transcription will stop for future meetings. The firm does not permit its note-taking vendors to use your meeting content to train their AI models.
